With the purchase of the former Thrift Shop adjacent to the Bookhouse, Friends of the Library has been able to offer the community additional display and sales areas during our semi-annual book sales while gaining additional storage space for donated items and a more efficient office area.

To help finance this purchase, Friends of the Library has been looking to our members and the community with a fundraising program to pay off the mortgage on the new property.  We’ve already surpassed our goal of raising $75,000, and we’re now just $35,000 from paying off the mortgage and being debt free!
